Lisa is the fairy godmother of bookkeeping that I had been dreaming of since starting my own business. I was absolutely drowning in admin and didn't know how I would ever get on top of it, but she came in with her magic wand and cleaned up my Xero accounts, set up systems for my invoices, and fixed all the silly, small mistakes I didn't even realise I'd been making. She is kind and thoughtful, keeps me informed about how much things are going to cost so there are no nasty surprises, and has come into bat for me in meetings. She's also taken an interest in things like the profitability of my business, giving gentle but very accurate advice and guidance when it's been needed. I don't think I could live without her at this point!
